Our items are bespoke and we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not, please see our refund policy below:

  1. Items purchased online are available for exchange only. If it is faulty, we are happy to return the full amount.
  2. Items purchased directly via MoQueen Pop-up or Concept Store are available for a refund or exchange.
    Please note that returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase and the item is returned in perfect condition along with the valid original receipt. If you are returning an item purchased directly, please email lisa@moqueen.co.uk or +44 207 060 5355 to process your return and provide a return address. Please send all returns via recorded or special delivery.
